In the hand-off phase, seamless coordination with developers was paramount to ensure a smooth transition from design to the test and launch phases. We maintained an open channel of communication, providing detailed documentation and actively collaborating with the development team.


To enhance optimization, we implemented webP format for image assets, leveraging the efficiency it offers for faster loading times. Furthermore, we utilized XnViewMP for image compression, ensuring optimal file sizes without compromising quality. For videos with an alpha channel, Shutter Encoder proved instrumental in achieving compression while preserving visual integrity. This meticulous approach not only facilitated a seamless hand-off but also contributed to an optimized, high-performing Chingari platform upon launch.

The global extended reality (XR) market that includes augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and mixed reality (MR) reached 29.26 billion U.S. dollars in 2022, rising to over 100 billion U.S. dollars by 2026.

To initiate the design process, I used Figma to create posters that would later serve as image trackers, ensuring good contrast for consistent image tracking.

I used Artivive to create this movie promo experience, using the movie poster for image tracking and overlaying the promo video. I optimized the video by compressing it for smooth playback. With Adobe’s Aero, I integrated an image tracker into the background design and found a 3D model of an Air Jordan shoe on Sketchfab. I implemented a rotation animation loop for the 3D shoe model on Aero. In addition, I’ve also added a “Order now” CTA.

I followed the same process for this as Nike. However. For the donut animation i used blender to animate it and import that to Aero.
